Fees & Appointments

Our firm accepts Legal Aid funded work as well as privately funded clients. We will discuss your Legal Aid eligibility at your initial consult. We pride ourselves on providing you with the most accurate picture of your legal position.

Initial Consultations are no obligation and no fee. At this consultation our lawyers will:

  • Get a better understanding of your particular legal issue,

  • Discuss & advise you on your eligibility for legal aid,

  • Provide information about our fee structure for your specific situation,

  • Advise on the next steps if you choose WS Lawyers to represent you.

Please note that Legal Aid does not fund matters involving only driving offences (traffic matters, including drink and drug driving, speeding offences etc). Any legal representative will require private funding to appear in these matters. Please get in contact with us to discuss your situation if this applies.

WS Lawyers only accepts privately funded clients for appearances in Intervention Order matters and appearances in the County Court.
